Perhaps overly simplistic, his catagorizations have much truth to them. The part about micromanagement from bright and energy people rings loudly.

Thanks for the link to Fred. I'm leaving my Fortune 50 company after 12+ years there (over 25 years in Fortune 50 or college equivs) with no "regular" job lined up. Fred may be helpful as I move forward.
