Pulling my hair out.

I'm literally stressed to the point of pulling on my hair, as if free time and all the frustration will come out if I just pull hard enough.

In the great words of Snoopy, and I can only say AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGH!!!!

Do you ever have one of those days, when you need to order some things but can't find exactly what you need, or there are ten companies that make some variation on it but you want to make sure you get the right thing... and you know you're going to run out of one thing (but you don't want to order it separately because you'll get charged again for shipping on wet/dry ice) before you figure out which one to get?

when you have fifteen things to do, but the most important ones require waiting to hear back from people who are busy doing other things...

when you get an email reminding you to do some really critical paperwork on top of everything else you can't seem to get done??

Go for a hard run, or better glove up and hit the dummy (i mean the plastic one in the gym). Sweat it out.

Remember to keep breathing.

Yes, I agree it's not easy, but sometimes we have to do it. I tried to do like Dr. JJ advised and found it very useful.
